I am a volunteer for Learning and Enrichment in the Arts Program. LEAP is a student organization centered around the importance of arts education. Every Friday, we lead hour-long art lessons for students aged 5-12 at the CYO in Trenton.

I was previously the Artistic Director and Co-Leader of LEAP. I have introduced art history to my class (9-12 yo). Each art lesson is loosely inspired by artists ranging from Greek pottery artists to Matisse and each student is given print out examples of artworks by artists.

In 2017, I lead a special tour for my students at the Princeton University Art Museum where they were able to interact with the works they have been learning about! They were all so excited to engage with the works in person and they all can’t wait to go back.
